Just curious what you guys are seeing as the charging symbol when the charge reaches 100% on a wireless charger.

Mine stays the same as when it’s charging: Battery with green filled in and a lightning bolt in the centre.

I’m asking because I want to make sure the charge is complete before picking the phone up, even though it says 100%.

I also can’t find anyting online on the exact symbol.

Thanks in advance.

Asuming same as cabled charging: when says 100%, fully charged. On a cable, will stay at 100%, green, and lightning bolt until unplugged. There never has been a "all done" indicator on iPhone, from what I can recall.

There used to be a done indicator actually- prior to iOS 7. I actually really miss this, it changed from the bolt to the picture of a plug. Seems strange they removed it and never bothered to bring it back. Or at least include some text saying fully charged.

The lighting bolt stays also while cable charged.

But as for lithium it's anyway better to stay in the 20-80% you don't have to wait for the last mAh

Thanks for chiming in! That is good to know...I can never keep up with all these changes.

I agree, they should have included some indicator of a full charge.

As I recall it was still there in iOS 7 too, but was dropped as of iOS 8.
