Iphone x charging time

I use the ipad power brick and it takes 3 hours to charge the x not even from 0%
Normal?

Same here with the 10W iPad Mini 4 charger. I have yet to experience anything that resembles quick charging.

That's because you need the 29 Watt USB-C charger and an official Apple USB-C to lightning cable to get the full quick charge speeds: 80% charge for 30 minutes. The 10Watt iPad charger WILL charge your phone faster than the 5Watt iPhone charger though.
