iPhone X Connection

My phone is being weird. Every single night, at around 10:00pm my phone, connected to wifi, speeds slow to a crawl, and I can't watch Hulu. This happens specifically to my phone. My iPad 9.7, 10.5 works fine, apple-tv, iPhone 8 Plus fine, Desktop computer, fine, Nintendo Switch fine. This has been happening for about a month, any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

Do you enable Low Power mode or have any automated processes scheduled around that time?

I do not think my phone has Lower Power mode enabled automatically, but it is set to switch to night shift at sunset/sunrise.

I'm not sure about Hulu, but apparently Night Shift might affect some heavy graphic apps:
