I've ordered many products from Apple online over the last few years and I've tracked every product from China to the UK!
I ordered my IPhone X on the 4th November and the status, "order in progress", remained unchanged until today, Monday 27th November so, I assumed that, like all my other products, my iPhone x was being sent to me, direct from China!
During the time since ordering, I called up Apple and they told me that the iPhone X had sold out everywhere and they were now expecting a delivery before Christmas but, he added that he thought it would not be until after Christmas.
Then today, the status changed to "preparing for dispatch" then, a couple of hours later, to "dispatched" and that it was coming from Hinckley!
So, having taken so long, I'm wondering why my iPhone X has suddenly ended up in Hinckley, instead of being sent direct to me from China?
BTW, what is Hinckley and where is it?
I've also just googled Hinckley and found that a lot of 'second hand' Apple products are continually sold from there so, yes, I'm now wondering if my iPhone x is second hand?
