iPhone X iPhone x Display Issue

Hello Everyone. Hope you guys enjoyed the holiday season with your family.

Just noticed a few days ago that my iPhone X has been developing some display issues. The top right corner is just like the picture while the top left is not so obvious.

It needs to be taken to a repair shop if you want it fixed

Looks like it. Any known cause for this issue though?
