iPhone X iphone X (Display Touch issue )

My iphone X version of ios 12 have trouble touching, sometime automatic screen touch screen act itselft openening apps and popup without my finger touch, iphone does not drop or anything, so what why it cause that ? ios or hardware ?

anyone have this happened before ???

If it happens when using the phone while it's plugged in, it might be a bad charger.

i never using iphone when charge it not safe , danger, i use when it full charge

I had my X for about 10 days on iOS 12 before I updated to the Xs max. I didn’t notice any of these issues.
