iPhone X Face ID Issue

Hi everyone,

I just recently got my new phone, however one slight issue with Face ID. I set it up fine, everything was fine. Then all of a sudden a few hours later it started not recognising my face. So I deleted the current save on Face ID to reset it, as I thought when I originally set it up I didn't do a great job.

However, as I try and set it up now, it always says move iPhone lower / higher and I cannot for the life of me set it up... Anyone else with this issue?

Make sure you are not holding the phone too close. I did mine at about half an arms link and it worked well. Experiment. If it continues, yours might be defective.
