iPhone X Iphone X - Folio Case causing mic issues?

Hi All,

Where exactly is the Mic on the Iphone X?

As soon as I put it into the official folio case, people have been saying they can barely hear me on the calls. Is the case muffling something? - Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. If you fold the front cover back over the iPhone's camera lenses, it is causing calls to be muffled. There is another microphone amongst these lenses and if it's covered, your calls will sound muffled.

Yes, between the lenses is the noise cancelling microphone. You don't want to cover it up. Really does sound like a design problem...

Sounds like they need to remove the magnets out of the folio case.

Nothing to do with the magnets. It's simply covering the microphone in the lenses with the folded back cover.
