I am giving my fiancée an iPhone X as a surprise gift. I have one of each color and memory coming in November 3rd. What is better for her as a gift? I want to surprise her so I’m not asking her what color would you prefer. She currently has an iPhone 7 in matte black, but she has a silver aluminum series 3 and silver MacBook Pro. She doesn’t really care I would say, but what would you gift to a special someone? Also as for size, I think 64GB is enough. Will 4K recoding use lots of storage and need the 256gb. Please help. Need to decide so I can choose which iPhone x I keep. She’s first and I’m last.

We don’t know her, her likes or her needs. My vote, SG 64GB because it’s what I ordered.
Also that you pre-ordered 4 iPhone Xs screams you have some money and are trying to show that, despite your subsequent comment. Call me wrong, but this comes across as a vanity post.

If I would give my girlfriend an iPhone X as a gift I went for the 64GB Silver. The glossiness of the Silver gives the white a layer of depth that makes it stand out from the plain Space Gray. Also it's looks for me more luxurious and chic!

Honestly I don't think color matters all that much. I mean she's going to put it in a case, right? But I'd go with the bigger size. Women take lots of pictures and tend not to remove them from their phone.
As a girl who likes gadgets and pretty things, I'd say Silver. The storage really depends on what you think she might use it for - does she have a large music collection, for instance.
My previous iPhone was Space Grey because I've never liked the white bezels. I always wished they would do the Rose Gold with black bezels. I was also VERY keen on the "Blush Gold" that was rumoured to be a X launch colour. Was quite disappointed actually when there was no sign of it on the keynote...

I’d say the silver phone. Both colors are good but the silver could look really good in clear or colored opaque cases. I don’t know her style, but I ordered my spouse a silver one.
For storage, if she likes to store any media or shoot lots of slow mo or 4K video then 256, else 64 is fine.

Wow you must be a joy to spend time with =/ It's true the silver pops more than the darker grey on this generation of phone. Lighter colors are more on trend at the moment in the fashion industry, in which I work, therefore it is more chic. I bid you adieu.

c) if this is actually a serious thread and you feel that you'd be making her a great gift with an iPhone X, then —as someone has already pointed out— allow her to choose her iPhone X variant the moment you give her the gift.
