My order on Verizon went from pending to processing and I'm showing a pending charge on my credit card! I'm hoping that means I'll get it early next week! I ordered a 256 silver on 10/27 at 7:15 am PT. I checked the Verizon website and the shipping date of 12/1 disappeared.
I just got my shipping notification! Shows delivery on the 15th!

Ordered thru Apple a Sprint Silver 256gb on a 2 year contract
Original order at 3:51am CST on 10/27
Received reservation email- so tried to cancel original order - and place order with reservation which wouldn’t process with 2 year contract price
After 2 hours with customer service- they couldn’t help me get the reservation to give me the 2 year contract
So reordered at 3:28 pm on 10/27 with the 2 year contract
10/30 on Apple app. 256 GB Silver X on ATT Next Every Year Plan. Originally 12/12-12/18. Bumped up by Apple to 12/1-12/08 on 11/2. Still Order in Progress. Nothing from istocknow.com (I got my AirPods from istocknow in Feb, but so far no X's in my area)

Mine is stuck in Memphis, TN it seems. When I track from the UPS page it still shows delivery for this Wednesday, however, when I go through the Verizon site it shows that my package is delayed and doesn't give me a delivery date. I'm wondering if I should be worried since the UPS page still shows delivery on 11/15.
Something else I find odd is that it shows Memphis as my origin city. My package didn't even start in China, Korea, Anchorage, or Louisville. It started in Memphis and has stayed there since this morning.
