..along with the Siri button
Hold down the side button and one of the volume buttons (basically squeeze the phone). You get this screen. Slide to power off.

I didn’t read them, but someone on a podcast said all the new gestures were in the booklet.
there's an app called Tips which is pre-installed on the X.. (in the Extras folder)
check it out.
it answers many of these types of questions..
No one reads instructions, that would be too easy and ruin the sense of adventure.
