iPhone X iCloud Photos problem

Uh, so this one is new to me. I have been using my iPhone X since launch; no issues. I use iCloud for my photo library, and have...well....had...over a decade's worth of photos stored in the cloud.

I just opened my library to search for a photo and they're all gone. Zero photos. Nothing in my recently deleted folder - literally vanished.

Any ideas on what the hell I can do?

Have you checked if you can see these photos on icloud.com?
