This is copy and pasted because it describes my issues so ignore the references to attached images. Basically my question is, is my phone backed up?

Then when you click on a device you will see the detail page for the device (see image1.png). In this page you will see the incorrect label "Last iCloud backup: Never" while if you enter in the "iCloud Backup" option (see image2.png) you can see that the backup has been actually done.”
