iPhone x in Switzerland?

I'm in Switzerland currently and on the Apple website here it recommends checking in at 6am to pre-order iPhone Xs.

Does this mean that Apple Switzerland has a different policy to other Apple Stores and releases a certain number of units each day for pre-order?
 
I got one today during the afternoon, one of two released today. Apparently they receive new ones every morning at you can pre-order at 6AM, not sure if that's the case or not.
