i noticed today when i was out in the sun that it’s almost impossible to see the screen on the iphone X...i compared it to a 6 plus and it was crazy how dark my X was next to it. any tips or tricks to fixing this?

thanks for the suggestion...i never thought about that one

Glad he was able to clear that up for you!

Also, make sure that you turn auto-brightness off, and then turn the brightness all the way up.

The screen should be as bright as every other iteration of the iPhone to date.

i checked several times throughout the day to make sure the brightness was all the way up...and even though it was, it was still impossible to see without cupping my hand over it, while the 6plus was as easy as ever to see.

Interesting, I think it might be something with your iPhone. I have an X and it is the same as my 6 plus was...
