For those who are interested, I would like to share some pictures of the Matte Skin installed on the back glass. It even came with a cutout for the camera.

Fit is perfect almost edge to edge. Install was a breeze. It didn’t come with any tools or spray bottles. You would have to make your own solution. I used baby soap and water. No biggie.

I love the feel of the matte finish, no rubberized feel of some of the glossy skins.

Pics herewith for your reference. I'm not sure what the pricing is not but when I pre-ordered this, it was only $7.99 shipped.

i have the same one but i still dont have the X.is this full wrap or case friendly?hows the sides?can you fit a case on it?

Nice work!

I had a BSE skin installed on my 7+ and loved it. Had to peel it off when I started seeing dints and scratches around the edges of the camera tho...

I’m still letting it dry. This is the Skin that does not wrap around. They have an option for that though. I don’t see any problems though when fitting a case with the Skin.

I have the same exact Skin on my 4 year old 6 plus. Had a case and the back Skin all this time. When I gave the phone to my daughter, it was flawless.

Nice.

I've got the BSE case friendly front crystal clear protector on its way.

My one for the 6s is still brilliant.

When you're on a winner, you stick with em!

True that. I use this brand to wrap my MBP. Have you been using the Matte version like me for all your devices?

I just installed my matte back protector (the one that wraps around the sides as well). Currently letting it dry and hoping there are no issues fitting my phone back into the Evutec case. I will say that I usually don’t have any issues with a case+skin. For my 6 and 6S I used an Apple silicone case over a BSE skin and for my 7 I had a Playproof case over BSE.

I've just used front screen protectors (clear) by BSE.

If the rear camera was flush, I'd consider the Matt for the back like you have, & not use a case.

But since I'll be getting a case to protect the protruding rear camera, I just need the front screen.

Don’t forget to install the small cutout for the camera lens :)

Does it have that rubbery feel, forgot what term they used but you know what I mean?

Yeah, it's almost a gel/rubbery feel. Smooth though.

I have a BSE on my MBP, wouldn't using a skin on the front of the screen significantly diminish the glass feel compared to say a glass protector? You'd lose all that smoothness

I just put the full body wrap around mine and my wife’s X last night. Cutout fits quite nicely. I put the case back on this morning and am afraid to take it off again before the skin fully cures.

I had a body wrap BSE on my 6s+ and the 5s before it, and after two years when I got rid of the phone(s), I took the skins off and the phones were absolutely immaculate. Not a flaw to be found.

Some things I do not like is the general feel. I have the matte version and while it is less tacky and rubber feeling than the clear, it still feels a bit rubbery.

The other problem is after two years of curing, it always leaves a residue upon removal. Everywhere claims it never leaves a residue, but it does every time I have ever removed one, which between me and my wife, has been 4-5 times. The residue does come off cleanly, but it takes some elbow grease (or finger grease as the only way to remove it that I’ve found is to just rub it off).

I always get the full body wrap and have never had a problem with cases. It may be a more snug fit, but it adds so little thickness to the phone that they still work. And as long as the skin is dry, it tolerates taking cases on and off pretty well.

I definitely would not recommend it on the front glass. It will ruin the feel. Glass screen protectors are the way to go on the front, IMO.

Have you guys been installing the camera skin included? I have yet to test it if it affects the camera or so. The skin has circle cutouts for each lens as pictured above.

Please let us know.

let us know hows it goes with cases

Yep it won’t fit. The edges peel off straight away. Don’t think it’s meant to go with a case.

Probably only the back only skins

Yes, I've tried that before for my previous phones. Eventually the edges will peel off, not necessarily the first time or so.

All I can say is that after a year, my front screen still feels smooth. The only times it feels sticky is during certain climate conditions (I think humidity), but 99% of the time, it's very smooth.

But, I can't remember how the original screen feels to compare as I put a protector on as soon as I get the phone, so what i'm used to may not be the same as a naked screen.

But as I say, it's very responsive most of the time.

BSE may use a slightly different type of screen for the front than the back?
