I was installing music on my phone when it froze and sent me back to the home screen. When I tried to reopen the app it showed a black screen and then would crash back to the home screen. I read various articles, including suggestions to reset all settings.
I reset all settings, and now my phone is stuck maybe 80% done and has shown no signs of completing the reset. Any suggestions as to how to get the phone to actually finish resetting? Has anybody else run into this issue with the new phone? Wasn't sure if it was an iPhone X issue or an iOS issue...
