I just got a new iPhone X today. I set it up as new iPhone as I do with all my iPhone’s. My iCloud Photo Library usually shows up in no time after set up. But now, I can’t see any of my photos. I tried turning the iCloud Photo Library off and on, restarted my device but didn’t work. Under the iCloud storage info, Photos take 7.7 GB storage. Why can’t I see them? Should I reset my device?

Also, even though the activation process didn’t give any errors, the checkcoverage.apple still says “Please activate your iPhone”.

Other than these, I can use my device perfectly. Any suggestions?

Probably just needs a couple more minutes to update everything; it has to go to space and back.
The servers could be busy. Everything should show up.

Left the device overnight charging, still no photos. The activation is okay though, it shows up now.
