Struggling to find answers to what has happened here. I managed to get through and put a reservation in for an iPhone X as an upgrade to my iPhone 7 on IUP in the UK. So I thought.
I have had no emails. Nothing is showing on the account. I still show as eligible for an upgrade and when I try and reserve again I see the image attatched.
So I can’t reserve anything at the moment. But have no clue if a reservation was actually processed. Really wield. I chatted to Apple online and he just thinks the system is backlogged and not sending emails. It’s been nearly 24 hours??
