iPhone X Landscape Mode?

Does anyone know if the X will work in landscape mode similar to the plus models?

Pretty sure the phone itself will flip to landscape like the plus with apps. But has anyone checked

In landscape the X will display apps with compact width/compact height like the 4.7s do; unlike the 5.5s which have regular width/compact height. So I think, no, they will not behave like the plus.

I’ve just checked, portrait lock is definitely off and the icons on the home screen no longer rotate.

Tried on a 7+ today, with iOS 11.0.1, and it rotates.

And I’m running 11.0.1
No rotation on mine for some reason.

Ah, I’ve just tried changing my home screen from zoomed to standard, it rotates in standard but not in zoomed.
I don’t know if this has always been the case?

Yes that's always been the case. Rotation has never worked in zoomed mode.

One thing it DOES look like they took away we’re those shortcut keys like copy, paste, etc... from the 7 plus keyboard in landscape.
