iPhone X lasting 4 hours on 11.2 even with low power mode? Is something wrong with the battery?

8 hours it lasted with the other update but with 11.2 is draining the battery extremely fast even WORSE than the 6S 4.7 flawed battery life.
Not only that but with 3GB of RAM and more efficient processor it’s still has terrible battery life.

Have you checked your battery usage in Settings? What is the app or system service that caused the battery drain?

I’m experiencing the same on my iPhone X, it lost 5% just for browsing in safari for 10min

There's clearly something wrong with your phone/setup. If, like it haruhiko mentioned, there is no app running 24/7 in the background then your battery is problematic. My X lasts a day and a half with mostly moderate and a bit of heavy here and there (games). Same good performance in 1.1 and 1.2

It seems if something can go wrong it will for you.

Got to be something wrong as if we were all having your experience this place would be lit up!

Try to find out what went wrong before we blame the hardware.
