I ordered mine at 08.04 (UK) on 27/10/17 and was greeted with 13/11/17 to 20/11/17 delivery window.
I've still not seen any progress other than ‘processing’.
Just a frustrated rant!

I feel you! Ordered when it was still 3rd November, but once I checked out it was 2-3 weeks, which actually means 4-5 weeks since it will be 21-28. Super pissed right now, but can't to anything about that.

Why are you more important than them? Apple are right to open the gates. The strong demand makes people go wild and Apple sell more. Supply and demand 101

Still processing pre-orders made in the first minutes after launch and they expand to other countries? That's how you piss off customers like me who are still waiting for the "fake" 2-3 weeks that ships after 4-5 weeks between 21-28 November...

The thick of it
I finally got to try one out at my local Apple Store. I was surprised at how natural the gesture interaction feels. I showed one of the Apple workers there some of the shortcut gestures I had just seen on MacRumors, and he was amazed. Naturally, the store didn't have any models in stock. He said they usually get a shipment in the morning, and within an hour or two they're sold out. I imagine it will be a similar scenario across the globe. This phone is going to be huge for Apple.

I actually didn't like the screen on the X. The screen on the 8 looked much more vibrant to me. So I ended up getting a new 8 instead and am quite happy with it.

At least you are not as pissed as I was. I cancelled my preorder less than 24 hours ago and I am not planning to buy the iPhone X this year. I know it won't make a difference but it seems like I am not the only one that is pissed off. Let's hope they'll learn something from this experience by the time they launch the next iPhone in the fall of 2018. I will be buying that one and hopefully the preordering page better work flawless, not like it did this year.

Bosnia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia are currently not supported countries. I know they sell iPhones for several years now in Serbia, probably in other countries too, but you have to choose USA or some other country for Apple ID. Maybe on 11/24 Apple will introduce these countries as supported. It is ridiculous that they are still not supported.

My order just changed from "processing" to "preparing delivery" yesterday.
I placed the order at 0913 on the 27:th (swedish time).

Apple has rolled out new products to various countries in a staggered fashion partially because of regulatory clearance. Apple would have liked to launch in as many countries as simultaneously as possible. For these closely-launching countries, supplies are likely set aside in the production plans ahead of time. Therefore, they may not have significant bearings in the delivery dates of your pre-ordered iPhone X. Besides, if I remember past launches in Korea, they really bring a small batch. Ugh.
