Looks great and screen comes on when opened like iPad smart covers.

    I'm in.

Bout time Apple made a case that protects the screen; only took 10 years.

Personally, I'm not a fan of this style case. That said, more choice is always a good thing when it comes to accessories!

Not keen on folio cases and vowed never to buy an Apple leather case again. Unless they introduce an Apple leather case upgrade programme where you can trade in your dirty scratched case every 2 or 3 months for a new one :D then I'm out!!

Yeah, no images of that yet. If it's got the bottom missing like the standard leather/silicon cases, i'm out.

Agree with the leather cases. Unless you get a very dark color, it looks like **** in 3 months max. I had both the saddle brown and lighter blue colors and they both look like crap.

There are now more photos on Apple's site. I plan on getting one.

It does, but I personally don't mind that.

    Not for me then.

I may go caseless this time and get a nice leather pouch wallet to keep it in.

My thoughts with the Jet Black, big mistake. It’s all scratched up, and I can’t wait to get rid of the damned thing.

That Folio case looks really nice, i've got a bit of a dilemma tho, i really like the look of the iPhone X so i've been thinking of going careless this year BUT i've noticed that the Stainless Steel band around the X is similar to that of the Apple and will probably scratch, so it seems like i'll be getting a case (Apple do make some nice ones) the Folio case looks nice.

The thing I love most about the folio is that it cost £99.

I'm wondering if it is detachable so can be used as a normal leather case and then put back in the folio magnetically.

This would persuade me back into getting one.

I doubt this is how it works. It appears as one solid piece in the photos. Have you ever seen one like that, with a detachable cover for a phone?

Thanks. I have seen those before. And I actually had one. For me that makes it too thick. From your comment, i was thinking somehow you wanted just the front cover detachable. Kind of like the Smart Cover for iPads.

    Ah, I getcha.

If that folio does indeed detach it would be fantastic, but unlikely.
