iPhone X iPhone X Lockscreen Freeze

Just wanna figure out if this is widespread or just me...

Occasionally my iPhone X will hang on then lock screen when waking the phone up. When this happens, all UI elements vanish and I’m left with just the wallpaper. Hardware keys also don’t work in this state (I.e. pressing sleep wake des not turn the display off) and home bar is gone, meaning I can’t swipe up to reach the home screen. The only fix is to wait, or to restart the phone with the key combo.

This issue began in 11.2 and has persisted into 11.3.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

If that did not work maybe a restore would cure it. Sounds like a software problem to me.

Pretty much what I was thinking. A restore is the first port of Call I think.

You can restore and use your backup to see if that fixes and if not a restore as new will be step number 2.
