Title says all , i updated to the beta and i notice some of the little vibrations are not there, like when i open control center and few other things, Is this for everyone?

i wonder if i should jump back then re install. or just wait for the new beta. doesn't bother me much, 3d touch feed back still works and the other bigger things, but i noticed the control center one does not and a few others.
edit- the 3D touch feed back is not working now also.
edit- restarted and that fixed the 3d touch but not the Control center.
