HomeKit iPhone X not Connecting to HomeKit

After updating to iOS13.2 my iPhone X won‘t connect to any HomePods or AppleTV’s. This is annoying as I use my HomePod in my office to take calls, but my phone cannot even use speaker to HomePod. I don’t know what to do, the app is working perfectly on my iPad Pro and my iMac Pro, it’s just my phone that isn’t.
Any help would be appreciated and if you experienced this as well maybe it‘s a glitch that will be fixed with iOS13.3
*All TV’s and HomePods are updated.
