iPhone X: Not receiving push notifications after iCloud restore from backup?

Has anybody had any issues with notification push updates on the X? I restored from back up this morning and since then, only messages and The NY Times app has actually send me push notifications. My 7 Plus (now connnected via WiFi) has had many more push notifications from a variety of apps all day. The notifications settings look to be turned on on my X.

Any advice?
