iPhone X Owners - Can You Wiggle Apple Lightning Cable When Plugged In?

Attention iPhone X Owners - Can you slightly “wiggle” your lightning cable up and down where it plugs into your phone? Not left to right. But if you try to wiggle it “front to back” gently, it should have a little give if its the official Apple Lightning Cable.

I'm using an OEM lightning cable and there is a slight amount of play. But very minimal and almost unnoticeable.

Mine doesn't wiggle in the slightest, and I'm pretty sure it's the official cable seeing as it came in the iPhone X box.

I got the wireless charger lol. It’s when I plug it into CarPlay.

It’s super secure but I can notice the slightest wiggle when moving it Forward and backwards.
 
Haven't noticed unusual "play" in the connection, but I can tell you when plugging in at night by the bedstand, even in the dark, I don't struggle to insert the plug like I did with the 7 and prior phones. There's less friction.
 
No wiggle here. Using Apple branded 6ft cable. The fit certainly seems tighter than that of my iPhone 7 Plus.
 
Yes. I noticed this in my car. I was actually gonna make a similar post a couple days ago but I forgot. I don’t think my iPhone 7 had any wiggle.

No wiggle here at all. In fact the fit of the Lightning Cable is the tightest if any Apple device I’ve used. Very pronounced click when I plug it in or remove it.

Mine does a nice CLICK as well and is very secure.

I went to the Apple store and there’s so the same thing. It’s barely noticeable but it wiggles...all of them do.

Mine moves back and forth slightly..... only ever use OEM cables .... just rechecked my old 7+ and it’s as solid as a rock in all directions
