So for all the people who said “oh the plus was too big I’m happy with the smaller X” - did you just say that because the X was only offered in one size? Let’s see how many of those people swarm to the large X plus....if they make one. Lmfao

Errr no

A lot went for the x as the 5.8 inch was the only phone available for that form factor

I’m happy with the iPhone X size but would get the bigger version

I loved the plus size phones and now I love the size of the x. So much that I may not get the giant upcoming x. I’ll wait and see if they gimp the smaller x at all. If not I’ll probably get the smaller one.

What is interesting is the new X plus is rumoured to have ONLY 25% bigger battery, starting to wonder if it is really worth the upgrade, considering BIGGER battery and screen is something that interest's me, the screen will require more power so is there really any gain with the 25%. 33OOmah or 3400 compared to current X is alleged.

It is not looking like a decent upgrade to me, I was considering and the X size is really comfortable I must say.

I came from an se that was small but even smaller because of the large upper and lower bezels making the actual screen the size of a credit card. I adore my iphone X. It fits in my pocket and hand and I am a small woman. I do not want nor do I have the desire to have a phone the size of an ipad mini to carry around. I have played with my two sister's LG androids alongside my 10 and see no real difference screenwise. I have no plans to upgrade as I still owe nearly $700 and don't feel like throwing away what I have spent so far for no real standout reason to do so.

I had every Plus version of iPhone until the X launched, which I’ve had since Nov. 3rd. I will admit at first I missed the size of my 7+, but within 2 weeks of heavily using the X I don’t miss the Plus size. If I were to upgrade I would get the X Plus, but I’m happy with the size of the current X.

I am ok with the size of the current X. I bought it because it largely the same form factor as the standard iPhone, but not as obnoxious as the Plus. I had the 6/6s/7 Plus, I was done with having a large phone. The X hits the sweet spot. I can't see myself getting a larger X, unless it is the only thing available.

I have an iPhone X since the first day it was released. I have never claimed the iPhone Plus-editions were too big. The iPhone X was and still is too small for my likings. Will there be an iPhone X Plus, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. :)

One of the few reasons I did not get the X was that watching videos needed to be zoomed for full screen. I would like to see if that gets resolved somehow. I like where the X is right now technologically and I like where the future is going with it. Got myself the 8 for I got a very sweet deal on a two month used one.

If I were in the market for a phone today, I would consider a used X definitely. Used because of the serious savings that can bring. DO not want to go for any of the Plus sizes. The 8 and X is the largest sizes that I can take, borderline comfortably.

I only went for the X because it had the features I wanted. Previous to that I had the 7 plus, 6S plus, 6 plus, note 3 and original galaxy note. I like big phones and enjoyed all the previous plus iphones. I’ve been using phablets since 2012. The only thing I want on my current X is a bigger screen. It’s too small. Can’t wait to go back to a bigger phone.

If Apple reduces the bezels even farther on the new X and adds 4GB ram I’ll probably bite. The X has been what I’ve wanted from Apple since 2015 and in fact it’s better than I imagined it would be without a home button.

I upgraded from the 7 Plus but now I’m hooked on this form factor. 16:9 video on the current X is 5” diagonal. It’ll only be 5.53” on the new X Plus. That’s the same thing we’ve had with the Plus models already so it’s just not worth it to me. I’ll get a Tab S4 for a big AMOLED canvas.

I thought you already had the tab S4?

You're mocking people just for the sake of it.

More childish division...

"Lmfao"...

I get a smaller with same features if available when I get a new phone (end of 2019 probably)

Yeah, I don't see point of "Lmfao"

People are gonna look at what is available and buy what they want.

Have had Pluses and am happy with my X and won't be going larger again.

I watch lots of movies on it and don't see the small difference btwn it and my previous Pluses to give up the obvious handling and pocketing advantages. "AIMHO"

And, no the notch doesn't bother me at all----

I always said the iPhone X was too narrow but I wanted the latest technology... Eventually I got used to the size as the human brain usually does.... But I definitely welcome the X plus size and can't wait to upgrade.

Like others here I got the iPhone X for reasons other than its size. It’s size does not bother me much, but I’m planning to upgrade to the iPhone X Plus when it is available.

The 5.8 iPhone X is much more manageable to handle one-handed. Its that simple.

Let’s see how many of those people swarm to the large X plus....if they make one. Lmfao

There is no “If.” A larger version over the 5.8 iPhone X is coming, which has been discussed for months in advance from reliable analysts. It only makes complete sense Apple will expand into various sizes offered for the X.

I am not going to upgrade my iPhone X to any new iPhone version. The X size is perfect and comfortable for my shirt and pant pockets. The same design, “s” cycle improvements and only 0.7 inches or 12% bigger difference are not worth it to upgrade to plus size. Unless the plus one has a significant improvements that cannot be missed, like three cameras which will differentiate from others physically. The plus and regular size physical look are not too much different at glance or in many eyes, except when they are put side by side, only a minor different size with the same physical design. I wish the best for all who plan to upgrade. Fortunately, it will not be me who is a smart analytical person :)

Only 12% or 0.7% bigger, which is minor or negligible?

I am happy with the size of the X and would be happy to stick with it another year. I am tempted by the X Plus though depending on the features that are specific to that model. In the end, it's my decision what size phone I want and that can change any day. I'm not sure why it would make any difference to you or anyone on here.

I've had two pluses and went for the X because I wanted a smaller phone. I really liked certain aspects of the Plus but in the end it was too big for me. I didn't like having to sit it in the cup holder in the car cause I could sit down with it or work out with it in my pocket. I would still get the smaller phone if I were to upgrade.
