Wondering if anyone else has had issues with their OLED display on the IPhone X.

Mine has issues with dark images, where the dark or black areas of an image are pixelated black. The colors do not fade. Apple said they will replace it (which will take a few weeks) but i was just seeing if i am the loaner with the issue.

yeah that's not pretty. is that taken with the X's camera? do you see the same thing on other photos not taken with the X's camera? have you exported that photo to another device or computer and does it look the same there? could just be the camera.

yeah, it's all images. not just from the camera. any video on youtube or pics from the web too. If i send the pics to another phone it looks fine. I think the OLED is confused as to which pixels to cut off when displaying black.

Omg I thought I was the only one with this issue. Literally could not find someone else with this problem. I have an iPhone 10xs Max and it’s horrible. Makes watching any dark scenes truly terrible. Don’t know what to do to fix this.

Having the same issues as well on my x and couldn’t find anyone else with the issue. Were you able to find a fix for the problem?
