If apple released an iPhone X plus alongside with the X and it was exactly the same as the X but it has a larger battery and larger screen (6.3”). It is priced $100 more than the normal X would you have got that or the regular X

I personally wouldn't have. I feel like that would be a HUGE phone! The X is almost too large (reaching to the top corners). I have fairly large hands (6'6 guy here) and reaching to the top for control center is uncomfortable sometimes, so I think a plus would be hard to use with 1 hand. Yes I know reachability is a thing, but it sometimes doesn't want to work the first time for me haha.

Same. I actually hope they come out with an X Mini. I returned my X because like you too uncomfortable for me to use with 1 thumb in a case like the Magpul or Otterbox Symmetry. Naked an Apple case would work but I need more protection.
Absolutely! That is why I almost went with a Note 8, but I have too many apple products! The X is a bit small coming from the Plus, but it is growing on me.

In fairness, the iPhone X hasn't even been released yet for a month, so all in due time with the applications becoming formatted.

I’ve had my fill with the Plus for a year and a half. I was looking forward downsizing to the X, and I'd do it even if an X Plus was released alongside it.
I'm writing this post in bed holding the X with two fingers on one hand, and Gboard-ing with the other hand. Think just how tiresome that would be with the X Plus' weight.

I had a 6+ and 7+. I got the plus on the 6 because I wanted the big phone and big battery. I got the plus on the 7 only because I wanted the bigger battery...I was very tempted to get the standard size. I got the X and LOVE the size. I went to pick up my 7+ about 30 minutes and it felt like an iPad!!! LOL
I won’t be buying a bigger phone than this one again. And I’m a big guy with big hands.

Yeah, I tend to agree. It's $100 difference between an 8 and 8+, but it's $200 more for an X over an 8+, I think Apple will capitalize on the X/OLED/FID tech - in terms of pricing - and the X+ will be $150 more, and if they introduce some kind of major unique-to-the-plus model feature like a rear facing True Depth setup, they'll go with $200 over the X.
If it's the same size as the current Plus models (and per my thread, I believe it will be almost exactly the same size), I'd have to really think about it. If it's exactly the same as the X, save for larger display and battery, I'd probably pass as I'm digging on the physical size of the X (and two of my major drivers with my previous Plus phones wasn't the display size, it was battery and cameras).
