Oct 27th went to a Softbank store early morning to stand in line and preorder. Preorders started at 4:01pm here. No one was waiting, I was told by staff to come back later.
Wife and I went together at 3pm and still no one waiting, we went in and talked to the staff. At 4 the nice lady pulled out 2 iPads and stuck in our info. At 4:01 using both iPads at once, she quickly ordered us 2 space grey 256gb models with ease. She did it so fast it blew me away. We are almost guaranteed to get them on Nov 3rd
Most easy preorder ever and glad we did it in store. At 4:02 the site was down and not working due to the masses trying to order.
