Hi, my iPhone X screen has just randomly gone blank, the phone is not responding, I've tried holding power button and volume keys. It is just not doing anything. Even iTunes is not recognising the device. Any help would be much appreciated people!!

Do a hard reboot.
Press volume up
Press volume down
Hold side button until the apple appears.
Press volume up
Press volume down
Hold side button until the apple appears.
Same thing happened to me. Talked to apple and no fix so I have to get it exchanged. Thankfully their customer service is top notch but having the phone for 2 days I’m still disappointed.
I hope you guys get your issues resolved. This is why I keep my previous phone for about a week before I send it in/sell/trade in.
