Anyone seems to have this problem look at the tabs or apps in the bottom, they are dark like if they are being pressed for some reason. It happens often only in that area. Is this a software issue or hardware issue?

That is normal for the folders as it needs contrast to differentiate between the folder and the dock. If you look at your other folders, they are the exact same color as the dock at the bottom of your phone, so if they kept that color, it would just blend together.

Actually, the apps that are displayed in the doc (of my X) are the same colors as the ones above. They are not gray in color. I still have my apps in default, so what I'm looking at are the Phone App, Safari, iMessage, Music in that sequential order.

Yes I often have that issue. But its with individual apps, not folders. I notice it happens to mail and safari which are in my doc. And a very few times to Instagram which is on the second page. it should just be a software bug
