iPhone X screen flickering!

My phone is brand new out of box for an hour and the SCREEN IS GLITCHING OUT AND FLICKERING LIKE CRAZY CRAY! Apple is being good and replacing the phone right away at the Apple store. Crazy though... It started calling 911 and would not let me swipe to hang up on them. It would show multiples of the same screen. It happened to the Apple tech in the store too and wouldn't hang up on 911...

Anyone else have his issue?
