iPhone X screenshot - is there a notch?

I don’t have an iPhone X but I’ve been curious - first, how do you screenshot, and second, do screenshots have a cutout?

Please post examples!

One has the time and battery information while the other doesn’t. Is that a setting or just when in an app group?

Folders, like the one I posted, do not have the time and battery info on the screen so it isn't in the screenshot either.
