Hi, I ordered an iPhone X through T-Mobile, shipped 11/21 (Tuesday) via UPS. It was scheduled to be delivered on 11/27 (Monday), however the package has been delayed to every next business day for the duration of a week I'm starting to get worried that my package was lost, and getting a bit impatient. UPS Customer "Care" via their support phone # has not been much of a help either, with each representative guaranteeing me a delivery the day I called (once a day last week). My scheduled delivery date has now changed to "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later" as well. I'm currently giving UPS the benefit of the doubt that since it was recently is black friday/cyber monday and holiday season, deliveries are will be delayed due an influx of new packages.

Here is a snapshot of what is going on:

As can be seen, the package has been out for Delivery "Today" twice, has had multiple Arrival/Departure/Destinations scans at the same center, etc. I do not know what to think of all this, I just want my package to be delivered. Nothing like this has happened to me in the past and collectively my grandmother and I order a good amount of things online.

Anyone else have a similar situation to this? Any thoughts/opinions? Would love to hear them and to get my hopes up as I'm slowly losing hope that it will ever be delivered. Thanks.

Looks like an attempted delivery was made an no one was there to accept the package.

UPS driver never actually attempted. No doorbell ring, knock, info notice. Notice the timestamp for that as well, 10:51 pm- pretty late for a delivery.

You might have been sleeping at that time. Says attempted delivery.

I was awake, waiting for my package haha. It wasn't even out for delivery that day. Another strange occurrence with this package.
 
Can you request the iPhone be held at a local UPS facility, so you could pick it up at your earliest convenience? Takes the guessing game out of whether or nor your iPhone is lost.

Nearest facility is over an hour away. I don't really think that I should have drive there and inconvenience myself as I believe it's UPS' responsibility to get me my package, not me.

If it’s any consolation, I think UPS is heavily backed up from all of the Black Friday/cyber Monday sales. I had 6 UPS deliveries expected Tue-Fri last week and every single one of them was late by 2+ days from the expected ship date. They were all “out for delivery” multiple times before the UPS truck even made it to my house. When they did make it to my house it was after 9:00pm (except an unplanned Saturday delivery that came in the afternoon). I met a couple of the delivery drivers at the door and they looked exhausted.

I seriously hope you get your package. This same thing happened to me with UPS, but when I received the box my iPhone X was stolen right out of the box. It was a bad day. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to you because it really sucked.

Oh shoot. I better record myself opening up the package then. I'm sorry to hear that. What was the next move for you regarding your order?
 
This was my issue. I ordered it in the beginning of November and was promised to get it latest by 27th if I paid straight up at the cashier. Nothing happened after, it never shipped and I called and was told it went into back order. So I asked to have it cancelled and they did me dirty so the employers at the cashier couldn’t get recipe and return me my money. It took 50 minutes until they found a way around it and gave me my money back.

I later bought the iPhone X from a seller online 200$ cheaper and it was still unboxed. Never buying apple products from a store again!

Interesting story, thank you for sharing. I ordered my phone from a store to be shipped to my house. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll come soon (hopefully not stolen..!@Mishabella thanks for the lookout).

Update: Package once again out for delivery today by End of Day. Let's see if UPS comes through tonight.
 
Apparently these are normally shipped UPS Ground, which UPS doesn’t prioritize during the holiday period.

Had similar shipping delays (albeit not as many & did not have any “Attempted Delivery”) with my iPhone, but got it today and all is good.

To be honest, nothing really happened. Insurance took care of the cost of the phone and I reordered. Finally got it. Requested FedEx, lol! I hope you received yours!
