Hi, I ordered an iPhone X through T-Mobile, shipped 11/21 (Tuesday) via UPS. It was scheduled to be delivered on 11/27 (Monday), however the package has been delayed to every next business day for the duration of a week I'm starting to get worried that my package was lost, and getting a bit impatient. UPS Customer "Care" via their support phone # has not been much of a help either, with each representative guaranteeing me a delivery the day I called (once a day last week). My scheduled delivery date has now changed to "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later" as well. I'm currently giving UPS the benefit of the doubt that since it was recently is black friday/cyber monday and holiday season, deliveries are will be delayed due an influx of new packages.

As can be seen, the package has been out for Delivery "Today" twice, has had multiple Arrival/Departure/Destinations scans at the same center, etc. I do not know what to think of all this, I just want my package to be delivered. Nothing like this has happened to me in the past and collectively my grandmother and I order a good amount of things online.
Anyone else have a similar situation to this? Any thoughts/opinions? Would love to hear them and to get my hopes up as I'm slowly losing hope that it will ever be delivered. Thanks.
