Shipping estimates for the iPhone X have improved to 2 to 3 weeks in the United States and Canada, up from the previous 3 to 4 week shipping estimates that have been available since early November.

Wouldn't that be down, not up?

Anyhow, talking to AT&T yesterday I was told they expect in-store stock by the end of the month.

Does this mean that the phone I ordered through Verizon (not apple.com) will have an improved delivery date as well?

Love their expedited UPS shipping,it sucks. They don’t have a way to upgrade your shipping for a price from the start. This expedited shipping is a farce mine got held over 24 hours in Louisville even after it cleared customs in China then in Alaska.

Actually Verizon OR Sprint. Both are same model.

If you buy at Apple Store full price, you get the CDMA/GSM compatible phone with Qualcom modem, fully unlocked. You just get a bonus SIM that you can throw away!

I thought TMO Version was the True GSM Unlocked Version

I admire your willingness to swim upstream toward the Tree of Truth. :apple:
It is not hard to see that the glowing reviews are not enough to over come the price tag for the "normals" they want that X in the same price as the 8. So next year is the true super cycle when all the 8's and 7's and 6s are no more and it is just things like the X. Ming will be back with that statement shortly he is currently out to lunch please enjoy this smooth jazz while you wait.

I ordered at 12:07 am PST on Oct 27 from Canada. Original delivery date was 21-27 November and the phone is about to be delivered today.

2-3 weeks..... I can get an X end of November - early December ? But so many on here said it would be impossible into Q1 2018.....

Right, but what else would you expect somebody to project based off what the rumors were indicating as well. They (Other members) didn't have any valid source to actually go off just as much as these analysts that were mudslinging as well. No one here had definitive answers to what the iPhone X would Be like come launch time.

Low demand increases supply and decreases order fulfillment times.
$87B my friend. Apple is ramping production and selling them as fast as they can produce them. Literally 0 factual evidence to prove this is anything but improving supply. Demand and buzz are still insane. No retails stores in Asia or America had stock as of Sunday night with only a few stores in Europe having any X.

Be ready to eat crow when they numbers come out in 70 days. Every person to bet against Apple has been wrong and these guys have consistently shown they can ramp production.

RIP shorts.

Buy the Verizon version and activate wherever you want.
The Verizon version *IS* the version they will eventually sell SIM free.

At what point will i get the phone unlocked . If anyone purchased their phone full price, are they still locked on to the network ? I thought after you paid off your phone you are eligible to get it unlocked.

Verizon is unlocked right away, so is T-mobile as long as you buy from Apple and pay in full. Sprint paid in full is technically unlocked too but if you accidentally turn it on with the sprint SIM inside, then it locks and good luck getting them to do anything about it.

Was wonder how someone would spin this good news to be negative. Pathetic.
I agree. I knew for a fact we would see replies like this as soon as shipping times improved.

Apple is slammed if they have delayed shipments, and slammed again if they improve times. What more do you want??

It's actually been quite impressive to see how quickly Apple have managed to fulfill these X orders. Either they've been on the ball, or they haven't sold too many - as in, too many to fulfill orders promptly.

Actually I got mine at Best Buy and paid in full. The sim free one is what o received. As long as you pay in full (anywhere) you get sim free I believe. We use ATT and tMobile for our phones.
