iPhone X stuck on ‘Preparing to update’

Hi guys,

Trying to update my X to 11.1.2. Everytime I try and download the OTA update on my phone it gets stuck on ‘Preparing to update’.

I’ve already tried manually deleting the update and trying again but it does it everytime. Can anyone help?

Be patient, it stalled at that stage an unusual,amount of time but eventually patched,
