This indeed is a European model. CE is obligatory in the EU. Also this indeed is the power plug we use in Europe. (Except for Brittain, but it won’t last long till they leave EU anyway)

It depends on the lighting, as you may have seen, it could look white, but yeah, it looks silver more or less regardless.
