iPhone X - "Update Completed"

Ever since I upgraded to iOS 11 on my iPhone 7+, every time I reboot I get the "Update completed" message, and then the "Welcome to iPhone"-screen. The same thing happens now that I own the X.

Why does this keep happening? I haven't been updating :S.

It also happens when it crashes. A bit annoying.
