Read the article on ApplePay on the front page and it got me thinking. Have you switch to using ApplePay on your iPhone X instead of your watch. I only ask cause it now takes the same amount of steps to do between the two. I also wonder if Apple tracks which device ApplePay is used on...hmmm.. Just some random questions and thoughts!

To answer, I have used my iPhone X more for Apple payments, mainly cause I think the FaceID is kinda cool!

I’ve tried  pay today on X and it’s cool and all, but Watch is so much more discreet. I can pay from the Watch under my shirt sleeve instead of showing everyone in line that I’m using an iPhone X.

I still is my watch. With that said, can it work with having your watch face up or it has to be faced down? I never tried facing up so I’m curious.

This makes sense! Didn't really think of all the people in line seeing I have a 1k phone...

I use both Watch and Phone ... if i have my phone in hand i'll use the phone if its in my pocket i'll use my watch. I don't even think about it, it just happens naturally

I press the side button twice on my watch and hold it near the Apple Pay terminal. What could be faster?

Thanks to Apple Pay, my grocery store app (Bring), and iMessage all on my watch: I haven't had to get out my wallet or my iPhone at the grocery store in a couple of years!

Watch here, too. I still get a chuckle when I’ve already paid with the watch, but the cashier is zoning out waiting for me to swipe a card.

It's like magic. A lot of cashiers still seem to be surprised when you use the Watch to pay. It's much more convenient than using my debit card.
