I have been using my new iPhone X since 3. November... On the phone there are 103 additional apps installed.
And I ham happy to say, that 92 of these apps have been updated to take advantage of the larger screen... This is really fast compared to the speed of other screen adaptions (iPhone 5, iPhone Plus, iPad Pro)... I am really impressed, especially considering that the developers didn't have much time to play around with the device.
So, well done developers... Big thanks to you from a happy customer :)

Yet there are still way more than 93 apps that are not updated but used by a few other people.
Congratulations to your premium experience. :)

I dont game and my app list is relatively short (30-40) and I feel like nothing is updated for X except few apps.

Here are some of the apps that are not updated (i didnt bother to list the store and retaurant apps as a lot of them are not updated. Also my wife is real estate broker and most of her apps are not updated)

ecobee
speedtest
di.fm
open fm
tv guide
chase
geico
office 365 admin
adguard pro
merriam webster dictionary
dictionary.com
google voice

student 360 tyler sis
ventra
amazon drive

there is a good 60-75% of apps that are not udpated in my case. Very disappointed.

whoa thats a lot of apps. I think i have like 40 or so on my phone and on a daily basis I only use like 9 or 10 of those.

on topic - I think I'm just waiting on chase and Nest but other than that it has been a pretty quick response by most developers. Now I want to start seeing more true black dark modes.

I would say I only have a couple apps that need updating. Its been A LOT faster than when the iPhone 5 came out.

I was happy when Google updated their apps. Thought they might have purposely delayed them. Guess not--
