iPhone X WiFi speed slow

I used to get consistent speed of over 100mbps both on my mini 4 and iPhone 7. Still get those speeds on the mini but on the x I can’t seem to get there. Must’ve ran 50 tests and keep getting 50-70%. Anyone else noticing slower speeds?
