Iphone X Wireless Charging (Verizon Charger)

Anyone have any issues wirelessly charging their iPhone X with the Verizon Wireless charging pad?

Mine will not charge (get the blinking light) until I do a hard reset on the IPhone. Once that is done, the light stays steady and it charges pretty fast. I just updated to 11.1.2, but the issue persists.
