iPhone XR charging question (dumb question)

Recently picked up the xr and noticed when it has charged to 100% there’s still the lightning bolt icon on the battery. I don’t remember this occurring on my previous iPhones. Might this indicate a problem? Thanks.

Been like that since iOS 10 or so if I recall correctly. No more "plug" icon.
