iPhone XS IPhone XS + Airpods Pro 2

I have iPhone XS and Airpods Pro 2 and i have random reconnects while answering incoming calls, sometimes i can answer but cant hear anything... it works great with another iPhone, checked with iPhone 7, X, and 14 Pro, any ideas?
 
I have a XS Max and AirPods Pro 2 and I also have the same problem with them disconnecting when trying to answer a call or it’s silent. I think it’s a long-standing bug but if it only affects this old phone I doubt we‘ll ever see a fix unfortunately.

So sad that i got this information after buying the second pro... maybe ill try Airpods beta...
