Am I the only one with a Lagging iPhone Xs?.. been seeing the animations lag since the last 2 weeks. Is it the recent iOS 13.3 or Apple is making them lag so I buy a new iPhone.. hahaha.

No way it can lag. Do a restore and setup as new. XS works perfectly on 13.3.x
Yeah that's what I thought first but before doing anything I wanted to know if there was something to fix it besides a restore. I hate to restore my phone. Specially with my photos.

My wife’s XR isn’t lagging in any way (TBH even my son’s SE isn’t really lagging), so it must be something else.
BTW with a restore you are not going to lose anything if you are using iCloud.
It's probably an app running amok in the background. Check battery and cellular data to see if any apps are using a surprising amount of either. We have an iPhone X and an iPhone XS in our family that are both running iOS 13 just fine. So is a 9.7 inch iPad Pro.

If there is one thing I have never experienced with my XS Max, it’s lag, even in Low Power Mode.
Either there’s a rogue app or maybe the phone’s main board is faulty and needs replacement?
Well.. thanks to all.. for now its working good. I think that it was an app that was messing up with the phone's animations.
Mine was doing the same, did a restore. But now it's opening apps, typing by itself, and pretty much becoming unusable. Guess it's time to upgrade since insurance wants to charge $150 for a replacement. Grrrr
