iphone xs max hangs when you enter the settings

Very often when you try to enter the settings, Xs MAX hangs. the settings screen does not react for 2-3 seconds (but you can go to the main screen from it). I have already reported the problem several times. Does anyone of you like it?

You deleted any of the default apps?

I deleted "news"

I restored iPhone and settings and I will see what happens next

12.2 beta, but on stable version it happened too
