When watching content from iTunes Movies my video playback seems to have issues, they best way to describe this is dropping frames or juddery. I thought this was just my iTunes Library or potentially related to streaming quality. I've tried streaming over multiple networks, cellular, and even downloaded a full local copy. All exhibit this issue. The issue also is no repeatable. if it does it in one scene and I rewind it won't do it again at the same spots. This issue is very intermittent and also very annoying.

I just now tested a Netflix movie and it too was having the same issues.

I've tried all o those step after a clean restore on iOS 12 and also tried upgrading to the beta and also did a clean install. Its all still malfunctioning. is anyone else having these issues or is there something wrong with my hardware?

I'm having a similar issue on XS Max but it seems to happen on any video playback except iTunes. I see frames dropped on Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Doesn't matter if I'm streaming or have the video downloaded.
